Fabulous App. The support is outstanding, so much help was given to us to make sure the setup was exactly what we needed. Way more advanced than other Returns Apps we had tried - lots of logical options to save time and automate things that would otherwise involve lots of human hours. Overall - great app and it works very well. The Support from Melisa and her team has been top-notch!

Since switching to PostCo. our returns process has been dramatically simplified for both us and our customers. At first, it can be a little fiddly getting everything set up to the store and policy specifications, but Melisa's induction and ongoing support from both Melisa and Nick made it a breeze. Support responses are timely and a majority of enquiries have been resolved with ease and clarity. Integrating with Australia Post was also quite simple. You will need a merchant account with them to integrate otherwise there is a manual mail-in option to get started. The FAQs had a good step by step on the set-up. I would recommend to anyone using this app for the first time to allow 2-3 weeks of returns to go through to find any pain points ( all stores are different! ) and tweak as you go. We recommend this app 100%.

We migrated over to PostCo 360 from a different app. Rachel was super helpful with onboarding our team and assisting with any questions or requests we had. Our team is enjoying the back end side of things. Thank you!

Hey! We switched to PostCo 360 and it's been really good so far! Have it for a few months and no complaints at all. Customer service is great! Will go up and beyond to make sure you are satisfied. Recommend to anyone that needs a Return/Exchange app

PostCo 360 has made handling our returns so straightforward and easy - for both the customer and us (so much less back and forth over email!). Easy to personalise and keep on brand and the team are always on hand for any problems and questions we have.

Highly recommend! Being a ring brand we get a lot of people wanting to exchange sizes. Initially we had a manual system that was time consuming and just a pain. I heard about PostCo through a friend and have absolutely zero regrets! It's made our whole returns & exchange process so simple and freed up a lot of time for us to work on other areas of our business. You can set up custom rules specific to your business which has been unreal! Melisa has been our main point of contact and she is absolutely AMAZING! Quick to fix any problem and took the time to set up the whole platform with us. Cannot thank you guys enough!

The best returns app on the market. Nick and the team are super helpful with setup and are constantly updating their app. Customers are loving they can create exchanges immediately and my team are loving that these orders are automatically created. Overall 5/5!

We transferred over from a larger returns provider because they were too expensive. Come to find out, PostCo 360 can do everything that our old larger app can do at a fraction of the price. On top of that, Rachel was so helpful and made the setup so easy.

We've been using PostCo 360 for around 9 months now, and it's massively streamlined our returns process. Set up was fairly straightforward, with help readily available for any issues or advice when needed. Customers love the professional feel of the whole returns process and it's definitely made managing returns and exchanges a lot easier for our staff. Support is first rate and unlike many apps out there the developers actually listen to your suggestions. The app is regularly updated and is getter better all the time. Highly recommended!

The app is reasonably priced and effective. Melisa on the customer service team has been very helpful, and responsive to all of our questions. With the new Advanced Exchange feature, PostCo is competitive in the crowded field of return apps.
