Hello, look at the postx team I am my sales person, I have been telling him for a year to change my number, he is new, okay, then I have made a team in the WhatsApp group, he is saying that after changing the team, he does not respond properly, all my parcels are constantly returned, some are damaged, some are delivered, some are changed, or there is no work from your team, okay, I am sending you the total chat of WhatsApp in the chat, check it out, see how these people respond and what replies they are giving, and I have been asking for proof of a parcel for 11 days now that it has been returned, they do not have that proof, and when I talk to them, they start arguing and want to talk nonsense, please give me this, or change the team and the sales person changed me, otherwise I will work with you. There have been too many fake return attempts. They didn’t even contact the customer and marked the order as 'refused to accept.' Then, the customer contacted us directly, saying the courier rider never called or attempted delivery. Their customer support didn’t respond to our emails, and their representative was unresponsive as well. I'm seriously considering switching to another courier service — this is damaging my business.
