SheComb review for PostEx

Extremely poor merchant support. Riders repeatedly make fake delivery attempts and mark customers unavailable without even contacting them. Despite multiple complaints, we only receive automated responses and no Sales Representative or Senior Manager contact is provided. These issues are directly hurting our business. Very disappointing experience with PostEx.
