YURIK Accessories review for PostNL

The app is not marking orders fulfilled when shipping with Pakje or Brivenpakje. UI is from the 2000s. I wrote to them asking to enable this functionality a few months ago and received a response that I should do it manually. Why? How hard is it to write a few lines of code?
