We are so pleased with the results we've seen from our PostPilot campaigns! Launching direct mail for the first time was a huge unlock for our business and has really helped diversify our sales channels and former over-dependence on digital ads. Our account manager Jané Riley is wonderful to work with, alway quick with communication and a great strategic partner. I highly recommend PostPilot for your direct mail needs - they make the process so easy and we saw a return on investment immediately. The channel keeps growing and growing and has been one of the best strategic decisions we've made this year.

We've been using Post Pilot since 2022, and the platform has made significant strides since then. They genuinely value product feedback and are quick to implement improvements. For example, when we first started, they didn’t offer holdout groups, so we had to manage that manually—a challenging task. Now, they provide holdout groups, which has been a fantastic addition and great to see incremental lift. Their design team is great. We have strict brand guidelines, and they are able to keep up and meet our standards. It usually takes 1-2 iterations needed to finalize the creative. One improvement I’d love to see is the ability to adjust the attribution timeline, which is currently fixed at 60 days. The team is very responsive, helpful, and communicative. I recommend giving Post Pilot a try.

We switched to PostPilot from traditional catalog marketing, and we've overall been quite pleased with the results. First off, the people who run and work for this app are incredible: responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. If they mess up, they take ownership of it and make it as right as they can. Our account manager, Drew, pays attention to the individual needs of our business instead of pushing us to do things that don't fit. The design team is amazing and really pays attention to our branding and ethos. Second, the mailings themselves generally do well; our overall monthly ROAS averages a 5, although our highest ROAS were 26 and 51 on individual campaigns. Prospecting and cardalogs did not do well for us, though we might try again at a later date. The "hand-written" birthday card flow has knocked it out of the park, and our winback flow does well, also. Definitely recommend giving PostPilot a try!

Our best performing campaign had a 20x ROAS. We have now implemented a few automations and it's been very successful for customer winbacks. Piper is the best to work with - very responsive and makes this entire process so easy and seamless.

PostPilot is making direct mail easy, accessible and effective for ecommerces. It's a really novel idea and one I'm glad to have stumbled upon. I can't say enough positive things about my interactions with our account manager, Randall. He's brought new strategy to our business within the PostPilot ecosystem as well as outside of PostPilot. This is probably the first time in my career where it's truly felt like an account manager has our business' interests at the forefront of their minds & not just the talk track of their employer in mind. It's been a really refreshing experience.

Seeing major ROAS and sales with Post Pilot. As digital ads continue to get more expensive and competitive, we've found great success with Post Pilot and averaging a ~9x ROAS. Randall has been so excellent, thorough and communicative. Great strategy and insights. Really looking forward to have Post Pilot become a mainstay in our marketing stack.

And not only do they have a great creative and quick-turnaround creative team but their customer support is top notch (shoutout to Randall who held our hand through the entire process and was extremely professional).
