Normally, I only do reviews when I asked but I actually came here to write the review because I am so impressed! I do not have that many abandoned carts because usually by the time the customer has added their shipping address, they finish up their order. I also have an aggressive abandoned cart email and pop up program to help clean up the carts that are abandoned BUT... there are still a few customers after three days who have not converted. This is where POST PILOT comes in! I have the abandoned cart email set at three days which means my other resources have been exhausted. I have been with post pilot just a little over a month. 6 abandoned cart post cards were sent. 2 were recovered! That is a 33% return after the other methods were exhausted. That is unreal! Ok, so I know this is a small sample size but WOWZA! I also ran some other campaigns. Now, I probably wasn't as strategic as I should have been since I included discount codes while I was running automatic discounts during the holiday season BUT... these cards brought the customers back to my site and they purchased. Do I still have tweaking to do? yes, you bet but I can see how this program is going to help me win back customers- especially those that never open up their emails! What makes this program so great is that you can really segment. Like for me, I did a segment where I had customers who allowed email marketing and one where they did not allow email marketing. I would have thought I would have had more response from those who did not allow email marketing but it was just the opposite. And let me tell you... their dashboard is so simplistic but in a really good and awesome way! My advice if for any reason you are hesitant... start off with the abandoned cart on automatic and give it 4-6 weeks. If you are not hesitant, dive right in with abandoned carts and so some little groups of testing. By the way, I learned about Post Pilot from Ezra Firestone... it came across one of my social media feeds and I could not be more grateful. I had a gut feeling that direct marketing would work and I had looked at other companies where you had to send 1000+ post cards and it wasn't automated like this. And then, I discovered post pilot due to that one little moment in time and it is like kismet! And... they helped me create my postcards! I mean, WOW! That is some awesome customer service. Yeah... you just can't go wrong. I am so very pleased with this marketing program.

With all the craziness going on with the online marketing (rising cost, ios 14.5 etc) we were looking for a new channel to increase retention. Luckily enough we found Postpilot and had great results from the first campaign. You should definitely try it out!

One of my favorite Shopify apps. Integrates seamlessly with Shopify and Klaviyo. The user interface is incredibly simple to use, but the result is spectacular. My ROI is fantastic, even after only my first campaign. I am utilizing both automated and one-off campaigns, and so far, I'm extremely happy with the results! Customer service is also superb.

This is my favorite discovery of 2021. After the learning curve of getting the design uploaded (and some kind and quick help from Tom), I sent my first campaign. The cost, quality, and speed are all good. My customers were thrilled! Tom was looking out for me too and I received a 746% ROI in July! I cannot want to use this program for VIP campaigns and the Holiday Season. It's seriously marketing gold.

At first I was skeptical about "old school" postcards....but I was willing to give it a try. Our first postcard was a one-time campaign to win back customers after 120 days of inactivity. The PostPilot postcard exceeded expectations two fold! We then set an auto PostPilot card that to date is one of our best ROAS programs. We have now grown to three automated PostPilot Postcards that continue to outperform most of our other ad programs. The customer service is also exceptional! We love PostPilot!

Really happy with Post Pilot. I love that you can clearly see ROI of a campaign. Their customer service has been outstanding. Tom was quick to reply to all my questions and get me set up. So far my 4 campaigns have been a major success and I believe in snail mail even more so now.

We have been using Post Pilot to send our Kurativ CBD customers a "thank you" coupon for roughly 3 months and have found that this is easily one of our strongest tools in bringing back customers to our website. I will update this review once I have my results from the first campaign, but so far I am VERY impressed. The interface is intuitive, fast, and the deep shopify integration is brilliant. I just sent 60 50% off coupon cards to my VIP purchasers of $600 or more in 2020 for $53.40. If only (1) of those post cards converts, it'll cover my entire investment 2x over. Thanks so much PostPilot, I think we will be using you a LOT in the future. - Lambertones Pickups UPDATE: 10/15/20 So far our first campaign has a 749.06% ROI. Great service & idea. The Klaviyo integration makes it a breeze to automate postcard sending to lapsed customers. Support is also very responsive and understanding. I would recommend this company if you're looking for a direct mail solution that syncs with your digital marketing efforts.

I found using the site to be easy, and when I got stuck, I reached out for help via chat and got awesome help immediately! Considering it was NYE when I was asking for help, I was shocked at the quick reply and interaction. I haven't yet sent out my campaign, but I'm very excited to try this new marketing style (for my company) and see what benefits we receive from it!
