I love PostPilot! They make direct mail very easy and have great internal account support and design support.

A great direct mailing agency to help bring another marketing channel to life to help us communicate with our customers easier.

Really easy to use and connects seamlessly to our historical customer data within shopify. If we could, we'd give it 10 stars.

Super happy with Postpilot. The app is super simple to use but super powerful. It connects to Shopify and Klaviyo and allows you to create very detailed segments. Their staff is super responsive and helped us create the artwork. We have several campaigns running, and all are ROI positive. Highly recommend!

I was recently reintroduced to PostPilot. My experience has been amazing. I just started to get my toes wet and the results are INSANE. It's producing the highest ROI of any marketing I have ever used. An automated winback campaign that has been running for a little over a month has an ROI of 1071%, and a Conversion Rate of 11.76%. On top of the campaign success, the PostPilot team is amazing. They offer additional campaign ideas, set up the campaigns for you, have an in-house design team that will design the postcards, and are super responsive when I have questions.

I've used A LOT of different apps and I have to say Post Pilot has the best service team, onboarding, and design team. They make it easy to implement and guide you through best practices. Beyond the general service, we saw a great return right away and the way they set up testing for your initial run helps you figure out what works so you don't waste money. 5 Stars all day!

This is my favorite discovery of 2021. After the learning curve of getting the design uploaded (and some kind and quick help from Tom), I sent my first campaign. The cost, quality, and speed are all good. My customers were thrilled! Tom was looking out for me too and I received a 746% ROI in July! I cannot want to use this program for VIP campaigns and the Holiday Season. It's seriously marketing gold.

Super effective post card app! High ROI and I would definitely recommend. The interface is easy to use and the postcards were easy to set up.
