Gospel Musicians review for Postscript SMS Marketing

I gave it a try and here is my assessment of the app: It has good ideal features, two major issues: 1. Techs support is terrible. If the question cannot be answered from the AI support system, then no human will contact you. I'm still waiting. I give it credit, the AI system is good, but not that good. 2. No dynamic cross syncing between the app and the the SMS Shopify users. Meaning, if a user signs up through Postscript, the Shopify profile is not updated. If a user signs up via Shopify, then you have to manually import. This needs to be dynamic.
