Postscript SMS Marketing
Postscript has received mixed reviews from users. Positive aspects include easy campaign building, quick support, A/B testing capabilities, and helpful customer service representatives like Mackenzie, Taylor, and Meg. Users appreciate the ability to segment lists and create customized campaigns. However, negative reviews highlight issues such as unexpected charges, poor customer service, difficulties canceling contracts, and lack of transparency in billing. Some users have expressed frustration with being billed for unused services and encountering challenges with the platform's functionality and customer support.
says free to install, i installed it, barely used it, charged my $67.99 without warning. dont use post script they are scammers
This app just stole $500 from my account as a service fee which means whether you use the platform or not you are charged $500 upfront plus per minute. They are very expensive and dishonest. Do not do business with them.
they offer a "free plan" but charge you $49 even if you didnt send any text messages. a scam for small business owner, this fee wasnt included in the free plan when i signed up
I LOVED Postscript. And then this year they instituted a new monthly charge in ADDITION to charges per message sent. I enjoyed the $200 credits plan for years. Then they MADE me choose the new pans, even though I had credits through March 2. Not happy. I had to uninstall to receive my refund.
Updating my review from a few years ago as customer service has gone downhill or almost nonexistent. Technical products like this that are prone to glitches need actual customer support. I reached out via email in November and it took days to hear back. Who wants to go back and forth via email over the course of days when it could be solved in minutes? And replacing it with AI support is a leap backward.
