Postscript has received mixed reviews from users. Positive aspects include easy campaign building, segmentation, A/B testing, and helpful customer support. Users appreciate the ability to create flows and campaigns easily and the quick assistance from the support team. However, negative themes include high fees, unexpected charges, poor customer service, and difficulties with canceling subscriptions. Some users have expressed frustration with being charged for services they did not use or being locked into contracts without notice. Overall, the app seems to have a strong feature set but needs improvement in terms of transparency and customer service responsiveness.

This app just stole $500 from my account as a service fee which means whether you use the platform or not you are charged $500 upfront plus per minute. They are very expensive and dishonest. Do not do business with them.

I LOVED Postscript. And then this year they instituted a new monthly charge in ADDITION to charges per message sent. I enjoyed the $200 credits plan for years. Then they MADE me choose the new pans, even though I had credits through March 2. Not happy. I had to uninstall to receive my refund.

Updating my review from a few years ago as customer service has gone downhill or almost nonexistent. Technical products like this that are prone to glitches need actual customer support. I reached out via email in November and it took days to hear back. Who wants to go back and forth via email over the course of days when it could be solved in minutes? And replacing it with AI support is a leap backward.
