i was testing this app and was in free plan. i had added tracking in only 4 orders and they charged me for premium plan. even if they show up to 100 orders are free.

This app is a Waste of Time, Firstly the user experience is poor, the email notifications and SMS notifications after I had spent an ample amount of time customizing them to my liking and testing them and saving them within a few hours it was GONE I had to start from the beginning (not the biggest issue) The biggest issue comes from the Department that is supposed to fix your problems, the contact support team, its a Joke, First they dont reply AT ALL I WAS WAITING FOR A REPLY FOR 7 HOURS, SEVEN! AND I AM STILL WAITING. THEY HAVE SEEN THE MESSAGE BUT CHOSEN NOT TO REPLY. Moreover the status changing of an order takes a load of time, and there are only two options for it (out for deliver & delivered)! then the MOST INFURIATING PART the emails and SMS would NOT GO THROUGH THEY WOULD NOT AND WHEN I ASKED FOR THER HELP THEY GHOSTED ME, ITS LIKE YOU ARE CHATTING WITH A TOXIC EX, Maybe they will up their service for you guys because they sure as hell didn't for me.

I would never install this app again even if its totally free. The most orders have been labeled PENDING like forever even though they had been delivered already. Asking this issue to the support, they'd never replied. Are they still running their business? Now I am so happy with TRACK123.

I don't like these apps: Huge hidden charges. Why should I pay $399/m for this than one already high-rated and trusted like order123 tracker? Do a fair business; show your charges up straight.

Not sure why anyone would give this app 5 stars. It doesn't actually work. Support was prompt and they offered to fix the issue. I checked back hours later and they ended up uninstalling the app from my store? Plus the 3 5 star reviews are from Indian stores 1 day apart. App makers are based in India. If you're going to post fake reviews at least make it look more realistic.

I was speaking to you on the customer support chat the other day and had to uninstall the app to implement the fix for the issue, but on trying to reinstall, I realised I didn't have the permission to do so, so I had messaged on customer support asking you to reinstall but looks like there was some issue and that message didn't get delivered to you. I am very sorry about this miscommunication. I would request you to reinstall the app, the earlier issues have been fixed. If you experience any new ones, I am here to help. Also, since we are an Indian app, we started out with building integrations for India, hence it works robustly here as the reviews show. However, I do understand your concern around their authenticity and have noted the feedback. We do have integrations for other countries like Canada as well but sometimes there are edge cases where the app doesn't perform as expected and we fix the issues promptly. Sorry again about the experience you had, I would request you to kindly give us another chance as we are just starting out with this app and your support would mean the world. :)
