I really like this app...but just want to know if a small customization would be possible. Alas, the phone number isn't answered (or real), there's no one on chat, and there's no response to email. HOPING THE DEVELOPER WILL CONTACT ME! Edit: it's been 4 days since my initial text submission for assistance, and still nothing. Let this serve as a warning to CONSIDER NOT USING THIS APP.

This app offers wonderful professional product promotions encouraging referrals and purchases. Stephanie helped greatly developing and implementing a campaign to jumpstart sales. Saved me tons of time !!

I installed the app, and the first point is that in their terms of service they say that they collect our date (maybe from our users too) to sell to ads. Anyway I installed it and it loaded a blank page.

PowerBuy provides excellent tools to add group buying to your e-commerce store. Lots of features and customization and a smooth UX. The team is super supportive and will work with you to reach your group buying goals.

The app is very easy to setup. I was up and running in 1 day. PowerBuy offers amazing customer service that goes above and beyond. Natalie has been so attentive and even coordinated a sale for my store including customized marketing material which was also shared on their social media!

Really great app and the support is simply great with additional media file access for those who enjoy adding affiliate marketing to their sites, vlog/blogs and channels. If you arnt the most techncally advanced guy or gal, these guys help you along with every step of the way... you can see they really want to help you and your business succeed. Thanks to everyone on the PowerBuy team and Natalie for always giving me the push forward when I need the most, a very patient women, friendly and helpful.

I am still learning how to use this app however, I did have an issue connecting the app to my store and power app was kind enough to respond within 24 hrs and fix the problem as well as help me to set everything up.
We recently experienced a small glitch with one of our servers that caused an issue when connecting to PowerBuy app. This issue has now been resolved and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We had some problems downloading the app onto our site however once we spoke to Natalie, she resolved our issues well and the customer service was brilliant.

We are so glad we added this app to our website! We have done PowerBuys before on one of our partner platforms and it worked great so we are pumped to be able to add it to our website. We have had the same success now that the app is up and running on our site. We have had the greatest help from the PowerBuy team while the app was being integrated to our Shopify. We had all of our many questions answered with speed, warmth and in-depth knowledge. They could not be more helpful! We are looking forward to continuing to work with the team and organically growing our customer base!

How much money will the basic plan cost after the free trial and how will it be known till the end of the free trial how the work of Power Buy is going on?
As stated in our Pricing Plans above, the “Basic” plan has no monthly fees and charges a 3% commission only when you have a completed PowerBuy order. As for the trial, this starts upon downloading PowerBuy. You can also view how many days are left in your trial via the “pricing plans” tab in the app and/or you are always welcome to contact us and we’ll let you know. We also have a comprehensive analytics tab so that you can track how your PowerBuys are doing. We invite you to please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’d be happy to answer any other questions you may have and would be happy to walk you through the app.

I am updating my rating as the App has recently been sending emails to our customer that makes it looks like it is from our shop. This causes an issue with our overall marketing plans. We do not appreciate that the email were sent to our customers without our knowledge. We have raised this issue via the App's chat but did not get a response after 3 days - and another email was sent to our customers while we were waiting for a reply. As such, I will be removing the App and also leaving a review for other potential users too.
