Can't install basic plan keep reloading!!! tried again and again... how can we trust you if it can't be installed.
We recently experienced a small glitch with one of our servers that caused an issue when choosing the basic plan on PowerBuy. wont even let you install the app unless you sign up for pay plan. I selected free plan and it keeps cycling back to same screen trying to force me to pick a pay plan. RIP OFF

We LOVE this app! And the Owner and Natalie.....seriously can't say how much they have helped, followed through, trained....all of it! Added our buttons and made sure everything was working properly. I recommend this app to EVERYONE. Group buying is the new trend and will just continue to grow. love this thanks for making this app!

I would recommend that anyone starting off with the app get in touch with the creators as i was really confused with it all at first but natalie has been very helpful and explained things to me which has helped a lot.

There is not one thing I can say bad about this AWESOME app or the representatives like Jason Torr. What a huge help he as been with everything I needed and his response time is SUPER fast. If you don't have this app you better go get it. Also can't forget Natalie She is just as much of a help as Jason I thank you both so much Also does everyone know what "Group buying" is? Well it's huge and your customers will LOVE it Go get that PowerBuy app and start making more money

I am unable to use the app in my account. I still need to setup my default payment provider but i cannot find the option to do so. This might be due to country-specific reasons, but the app was labeled as 'compatible' in the shopify app store. Customer service was fast, the moment they got in touch with me. They are open to feedback and try to resolve the issues I escalated.

This has to be one of the greatest apps I’ve used on Shopify. I highly recommend not hesitating to use this on your online store. I noticed an increase in traffic and sales quickly. Great work. Great support. Great app.

This app is awesome and the team and customer service at powerbuy is awesome, awesome, awesome!! They were so helpful in helping set up the app and explaining how it works. They answer all emails at a great pace. I just set it up but so far everything i see i believe will be a great app for my store. The customer service alone is worth the money. They deserve a 10 **********star but can only give a 5*****

Since day 1 before we decided to integrate this app into our main core frame of my Shopify store, Mr Albert from Power buy has been so helpful in so many ways that really given me confidence that this app will a successful! Although we just managed to get everything to work perfectly, i can't strive enough the support from the developer on the app! Highly recommended! Awesome support, awesome app!
