it random load ALL counter one on the top of the others, no matter if they still exist and are removed and completely canceled

Didn't work for my store as it covered up our menu. Now for over a week I have been trying to get the developer to remove it from my storefront. Customers are not able to access the menu what so ever. They said they would help and then they have ghosted me.

Very helpful support! We needed to add a custom timer to a collection page and select products, and they assisted with updating the code to add the timer for our product launch. Would definitely recommend!

10/10, this is the countdown timer you should use. I don't often leave reviews, but this is an excellent product. Easy to use right out of the gate. The customer service is also unmatched.. Live service and will respond to you in minutes. Very happy to have found this & it has saved me so much time!

Encountered some issues when changing Shopify themes, but the engineers were very responsive, helpful and got my countdown back up and running in no time

Never worked for me. I contacted support and they never bothered to address the issue. The answer I got: "Looks like you might have found a bug. I've sent this over to our engineers. I’ll get back to you once we have an update on this" But then I never got an update.

This App is super glitchy. I downloaded and upgrade it thinking it was because I was on a free version and it was still impossible to use. It freezes when you are trying to customize your timer. I absolutely would not recommend this app to ANYONE.

terrible app. the countdown bar covers the whole front menu and ruined my site. no option to fix really disppointing

Just installed it and paid the $5 plan. We tried to do a simple sticky countdown timer banner. It's a very simple task. However there are 2 major issues that caused us to uninstall immediately. First, even at the smallest setting, the banner takes up a third of the space making it very hard to navigate our store. Second, the sticky banner just overlaps the top part of the website completely covering the menu and headers making it impossible to navigate. Normally a sticky banner would be placed at the top and push the menus/headers down so they can both coexist. Not for this app.

I do not like the features and complicated set up. It is difficult to position the words on the time and doesn't allow spacing. I think they need to adjust and add more features especially since they want to charge you before you can really even test out the features.
