I had some trouble configuring the Appikon app with my custom theme, specifically embedding it on our product panels for pre-orders. I reached out to their support team, and Shikha was extremely helpful throughout the process. She walked me through every step, ensuring the app functioned as intended. Even when the pre-order functionality wasn’t displaying properly on my end, Shikha was patient and thorough, checking multiple settings and providing detailed explanations. Shikha not only resolved the issue but also clarified some questions I had about the theme and widget functionality. Her support was efficient and kind, which made the whole process much smoother. I'm confident that if I run into any issues in the future, I can rely on their exceptional support.

App works great and makes managing pre-orders easy. The support team was also fast, and extremely helpful!

Used it for a short time, but seems okay, it has all the functionalities needed for activate preordering on our store with plans for all business sizes.

super easy, I was a little bit unsure if the inventory had to be set at zero and I received help within 5 minutes on a saturday afternoon.

It dosent allow you to create a waitlist per say. So might want to re-phrase it.

Satendra was a great help in configuring the app to my store . Had me up and running in minutes. Great app, works well with the Appikon back in stock app as well. Very happy . Great support.Very impressed.

Just started their free trial and wanted something customized, Abuzar was able to help me promptly to create a consistent look for our website. So far the app is everything we need for out of stock items. It took some time to trouble shoot but it all worked out!

Appikon - Pre-Order canceled this order. Although their app is free, it cancelled many of my pre-orders,, I contacted their support and they didn't acknowledge it, I went to shopify support to confirm that it was their app's actions
