I never actually used the app as it lacked a "Pay on Fulfillment" feature. So, take this as a review of their customer service. My communication with their helpdesk was immediate and very impressive. Definitely 5 star service. I would feel very confident trying their apps in the future!

I had trouble finding apps that offered the "overall quantity" feature. I made the decision to download off of that factor, but after downloading the app, it got BETTER! Customer service was kind, fast, and so very helpful. He solved my question showing me real life snapshots to my solution. So far so good. I plan to be here with this company for quite sometime!

I seems easy so far. Great assistance on chat when things didn't appear to be working. The instructions from Shopify were not helpful but the group from Pre-order Today were very supportive. Cannot wait to get our first pre-order.

This did everything I needed. I did need to contact support to get it integrated correctly with my shop, but support was quick, kind, and informative.
