They have the BEST customer service!! We were holding a presale in the early morning, and at 5am they were available to chat and help us with what we needed. Everything was resolved so quickly and they were SUPER friendly! The app works great and we would definitely recommend using this app for your preorders!! Thank you so much!!!!

The app is quite easy to use and customer service responds quickly and able to solve identified problems. I like that I can customise the colours to my brand. Also as a small business, the free option is so helpful to have while we are just starting out and only have a few products.

Just setting the app up and it seems to work great! I got in contact with live support with a couple of questions and they, answered me within a few minutes, they were friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this app and the company behind it.

I used to app to enable my shop to accept pre-orders. Set up was not easy but the online support from the team was excellent. They helped me to get the pre-order functionality up and running. Great app!

Great app and better customer service. I required assistance making some customization and received a response and assistance right away. I held off on writing a review until after I could see the functionality for a week. It has functioned as designed and we have received a number of pre-orders using the app. Highly recommend.

The app itself does what it's supposed to do but it is a little limited at the moment and still needs some work. However the support team is super fast, helpful and friendly, if you have a problem with the app or if you want to customize some small things, they just fix it for you in no time. Recommended!

Kudos to the tech support team. They actually provide useful information and helped me resolve an issue with button captions. In less than five minutes. App now works as expected = replaces buy button with our custom bottom for preorder and also sends out preorder email confirmation.
