The app itself does what it's supposed to do but it is a little limited at the moment and still needs some work. However the support team is super fast, helpful and friendly, if you have a problem with the app or if you want to customize some small things, they just fix it for you in no time. Recommended!

Kudos to the tech support team. They actually provide useful information and helped me resolve an issue with button captions. In less than five minutes. App now works as expected = replaces buy button with our custom bottom for preorder and also sends out preorder email confirmation.

I installed this app to help manage our pre-orders and after searching all over the App Store I am so pleased with this one. The customer service has been incredible to solve any issues I have run into & so responsive. Extremely easy to integrate and customise. Best plan options too compared to what else is out there.
