Very quick problem resolution! I am just starting my webstore and doing everything on my own when you get such prompt online assistance for these amazing features which are now available to kick start your business, half your problems are resolved, I highly recommend this app for beginners and old players as well!

The have a ver great support!!! I work with the free version because I only want to work one product with pre order and it was all perfect!

We had a small glitch where a disabled product was still using up one of our product limits and therefore I couldn't add another product to pre-order. Once I got through to customer service, it was resolved quickly and all is working well again. Thank you

This is a great app for made to order items. It allows you to manage customer expectations and plugs in easily to the product page. Easy to use and great online instant assistance from the team.

So far the app has worked very well for our store. We had an issue with the icon over lapping another portion but the tech support was very helpful in resolving the issue promptly.
