The application installs numerous components that you haven't requested, and it takes an excessive amount of time to resolve the issue when you inform them about your refusal of the unwanted installations on your site. These components, such as non-removable widgets, cannot be removed and your "add to cart" button have a big delay when customers access your site. Even when uninstalling the application as instructed, all the widgets reappear, and they use (yet again) a substantial amount of time to remove them once again.
Thank you for your review. To clarify, the widget that you mention is a ReCaptcha. As our app has Notify Me and email capturing features it has to be installed along with the app to prevent spams. Thanks to your feedback, the ReCaptcha will now only be turned on when Notify Me is enabled. As for uninstallation, sometimes the codes will not be cleanly removed for some themes. That is why in our FAQ we stated to contact support for the removal.
