Very dishonest developer. BE AWARE. Be careful using this preorder app. We discovered that we’ve been overcharged for more than two years. The current subscription price is listed as $24.95, yet we were consistently billed $39.95 without any clear explanation or notification. When we reached out, the response we received was dismissive and unhelpful. We were told that our subscription “has never changed,” which does not address the discrepancy in pricing. Instead of a proper resolution, we were simply asked to email another contact. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency and billing practices. If you’ve been subscribed for a long time, I strongly recommend reviewing your charges carefully. Very disappointing and untrustworthy. For those who subscribed for a long period of time, please check your plan and they have lam excuse like below "According to our CEO, there was no email to you because your subscription has never changed. Please email our manager at [email protected]". We discovered the price plan when app bugs happened again. If you have large inventories, the preorder mode has to be activated one-by-one. No way to turn on all products at the same time. They adivsed us how to resolve this issue but it never worked out. We don't mind paying $39.95 on a monthly basis. However, when the subscription plan changes, we never get any update or email notification for us to reconsider. When we reached out to the support, Amai just mentioned we are on the legacy plan ??? Strongly not recommend this dishonest preorder app.
Hi Ema's Table, as we have explained through customer support you have never been overcharged and this statement is wholly incorrect. You accepted the subscription at $39.95 when you first installed which was a pricing then, we are unable to modify any pricing or subscription as it is handled by Shopify and approved by you. We have recently changed our subscriptions for what they do and do not include as well as basing pricing based on Shopify plan, which there is now a $24.95 plan. We have offered to lower you on to this plan, we and Shopify have also confirmed you have been billed correctly and never overcharged. To repeat, we have released new pricing and tiers, your legacy plan was for unlimited usage and all features, if you now wish to change on to one of our new plans you can it isn't a problem. But saying we overcharged you for 2 years is wholly incorrect. Thank you.

This App has been nothing but a problem. Stopped working on its own. Got it working again. Now I find out it works on desktop and laptop, not on an iPhone. Lost sales. Not sure how many.

This app has been a huge help for managing preorders in our Shopify store. It is easy to use and integrates smoothly with our setup. What impressed us most is the outstanding support team. We recently had an urgent issue and they responded immediately, guided us clearly, and solved the problem extremely fast and professionally.

Issues not resolved but when we create a ticket they create more issues on the frontend in live website
Hi RC Mumbai, please contact support and we'll work to fully resolve this for you. Sometimes themes interactive negatievly with our preorder button and it is out of our control, but we will always provide free dev support to fix this and get it working correctly. I apologise if it created a frontend issue. Thank you.
