Ema's Table review for Amai PreOrder Manager + Notify
Very dishonest developer. BE AWARE. Be careful using this preorder app. We discovered that we’ve been overcharged for more than two years. The current subscription price is listed as $24.95, yet we were consistently billed $39.95 without any clear explanation or notification. When we reached out, the response we received was dismissive and unhelpful. We were told that our subscription “has never changed,” which does not address the discrepancy in pricing. Instead of a proper resolution, we were simply asked to email another contact. This experience raises serious concerns about transparency and billing practices. If you’ve been subscribed for a long time, I strongly recommend reviewing your charges carefully. Very disappointing and untrustworthy. For those who subscribed for a long period of time, please check your plan and they have lam excuse like below "According to our CEO, there was no email to you because your subscription has never changed. Please email our manager". We discovered the price plan when app bugs happened again. If you have large inventories, the preorder mode has to be activated one-by-one. No way to turn on all products at the same time. They adivsed us how to resolve this issue but it never worked out. We don't mind paying $39.95 on a monthly basis. However, when the subscription plan changes, we never get any update or email notification for us to reconsider. When we reached out to the support, Amai just mentioned we are on the legacy plan ??? Strongly not recommend this dishonest preorder app.
