I installed this app few days ago. I have tried several times to make contact through the chat. No one responded, even after waiting 15 minutes. I have also sent 2 emails. Also no answer to my questions. This is a very unprofessional company!

Very easy to use, u can have a very good traffic with a recommended product in the ads done in a second..and the support is fantastic, i'm already getting some sales..strongly suggested!

We installed Preciso and now using it because we are looking for a non-traditional advertising solution that can help us find the potential customers for our new store. The plugin is not very simple like what we expect but we are giving 5 stars because Preciso team readily assist us from start and surprisingly up to traffic optimization for our ad campaign. It's also true that Preciso is prudent and can help in saving ad spend because I notice that their system is not burning my campaign budget no matter how small it is. The traffic were they serve my ads seems high in quality. We have yet to see the sales result because we only started and our store is really new but knowing that Preciso help our team run proper online advertising is very good signal. It's a relief to know that we are dealing with real customer support and not just bot-type support. It's a also comforting to know that they never ask my team to deposit big campaign fund, this makes me think that if they support my store campaign with small starting budget, they can support me even better when I increase my ad budget.
