Overall: It's okay. Easy access to a number of useful metrics. Subjectively, it's somewhat pricey and never seems to really improve much. Pros: Lots of data, interface is easy to understand. Starts working quickly. Cons: Interface is very space inefficient (columns with single letters taking up ~150 px), errors and weirdness in the data, bugs go reported and never fixed (like it's crazy to me that the filter for active items only still shows unlisted items months after i emailed them about it). Also, not only is the interface wasteful on screen real estate, but its actively gotten worse as they discontinued the old tool that was better for a new one... support said they would address that tab columns couldnt be shrunk down more like the old tool-- but then never did. Some metrics also just fail to work-- cool: you can show me 40 different metrics! uncool: 10 dont actually work. Also constantly pushing annoying AI in your face which is, on its best day, half as useful as just using Chatgbt. Also, how it calculates the prediction is both a black box, has limited customizations and sometimes is crazy flawed. I actually built a more useful/customized tool just with spreadsheets and Chatgbt for effectively $0 extra dollars.

We'd like to understand what went wrong, what you were trying to achieve and see if we can get your workflow going properly. A couple of clarifications for others reading: 1. Using ChatGPT for inventory management - We already have a MCP that brands can use with either ChatGPT or Claude. It's well documented in our help centre. 2. How our prediction works - There is a well documented article called Deep Dive into How Smart Model Forecasts Are Generated in our help center. 3. Our AI agent, PIA, is a free choice to use. Other brands have shared a lot of positive feedback about because it is trained only on inventory specific workflows. Get more information about it on our website. 4. Regarding the feedback on UI, we are constantly working to improve our app based on feedback from multiple brands. The changes to UI have to be prioritised.
