We tried Prediko as a replacement for Stocky since that's being deprecated, and it has quickly become an indispensable tool for our business. The approach of starting from a demand plan that we input is exactly what we were looking for and it's full of super useful features that gives us full visibility and control of our inventory. Plus, their support is very responsive when you need them.

Prediko has been a great addition to our Shopify stack. We were previously relying too much on spreadsheets for forecasting and replenishment planning, which became unsustainable as we scaled internationally. The app gives us much better visibility on stock planning, helps us avoid stockouts, and makes purchase decisions faster and more data-driven. The team is also extremely responsive and helpful (thank you so much Youri). Great product, great support. Highly recommend!!

support is extremely responsive, they have resolved all of my issues to date. I wish the app would allow unarchived products in Shopify to be automatically active in Prediko. I look forward to using the planning features. The refresh is buggy and takes a long time to happen especially if you are busy need to get things done

A very comprehensive and thorough app that gives us data-backed confidence in our replenishment orders. Initially I was going to rate 4 stars because I experienced a few issues with Prediko syncing certain SKUs from Shopify, however the support & service absolutely makes this a 5 star app. Any issue I have come across has been responded to and sorted out quickly & professionally.

Can't stress enough how useful and valuable Prediko is. I honestly can't even imagine my life without it now. Placing purchase orders was always such a hassle. I am extremely glad this service exists. Have been using it for more than 1 year in 2 businesses. Absolutely love it!
