A very comprehensive and thorough app that gives us data-backed confidence in our replenishment orders. Initially I was going to rate 4 stars because I experienced a few issues with Prediko syncing certain SKUs from Shopify, however the support & service absolutely makes this a 5 star app. Any issue I have come across has been responded to and sorted out quickly & professionally.

Can't stress enough how useful and valuable Prediko is. I honestly can't even imagine my life without it now. Placing purchase orders was always such a hassle. I am extremely glad this service exists. Have been using it for more than 1 year in 2 businesses. Absolutely love it!

A solid forecasting and business planning app. Makes keeping on top of stock levels easy but uses sophisticated forecasting behind the scenes. I moved to this from the free Stocky app and have never looked back. Very responsive support too.

I've searched long and hard and this is the only inventory app i found actually usefull. It is quite complex and you do need some time to get used to it, but their customer support is great and always ready to help with personalized support.

We’ve been using Prediko for inventory planning and it has significantly improved how we manage forecasting and purchasing decisions. The demand forecasting is clear and actionable, and the replenishment recommendations save us a lot of time compared to working purely in spreadsheets. The buying table and PO workflow are especially helpful — we can quickly see what needs to be reordered and adjust quantities based on seasonality or promotions. It’s also great for tracking stock coverage and avoiding both overstock and stockouts. The interface is intuitive, and the team is responsive and open to feedback. Overall, it’s a very practical tool for growing brands that need better inventory visibility and smarter purchasing decisions. Highly recommend for Shopify stores that want to move beyond manual forecasting.
