The support we have received from Isaiah during the onboarding process has been absolutely next level. Implementing any new system comes with it's challenges but having Isaiah to help through all of those has made this one of the smoothest onboarding experiences we've ever had.

So far, the experience with Prediko has been excellent - the support is really good. The app looks great, has many options, supports bundles and seems to be very useful for stock planning.

Very useful app. Very good demo to start, and support does not disappear after you become a paying customer. They respond and help solve your issues. For any store doing a decent volume (units) or manufacturing their own products with raw materials, it's a no-brainer

Prediko is an awesome tool ! We have been using Prediko for a few weeks now. Easy to use and great level of visibility into our inventory. In addition, we could connect Prediko to our WMS. We place the POs in Predikto and then transfer them to our WMS. We do the receptions in our WMS and Predikto synchronize them every day. Furthermore, the support has been extremely responsive. Amar has been just great (responsive and proactive). We do highly recommend this tool.
