When you run a growing DTC business, managing your inventory can get really challenging, especially when you have long lead & delivery times. At MyVariations we were growing really fast (+40% MoM) and consistently running out of stock, thus damaging our customer experience which is at the core of our business. We were searching for a solution to replace our heavy and outdated Excel file which was no longer suiting our needs, and Prediko team did an amazing job adapting their solution to our specific needs (especially on our recurring business), making everything easier from inventory planning to stock optimization and reporting!
