We had lots of questions during set-up and each was answered quickly and clearly. Great service. The app has speed up the way we work considerably when compared to our previous software. Love the interface too - really intuitive.

We migrated from Inventory Planner to Prediko in January and have been very pleased with the transition. The migration and implementation process was smooth and straightforward, thanks to an attentive and helpful team. Yuri, the CEO, was engaged and made himself readily available to support us during onboarding, which made a strong impression. Prediko is incredibly intuitive, much more user-friendly than other platforms we’ve tried. The UI is clean and simple, and the core functionality covers everything we need day to day. While it currently lacks some of the more advanced forecasting and reporting features of legacy tools, the team is actively developing and releasing new features that we find useful. If you're looking for an inventory planning platform that balances ease of use with thoughtful features, and comes with excellent support - Prediko is a great choice. Highly recommended.

We've been very happy with Prediko so far and would highly recommend it! Their customer support is excellent and they're always happy to help and any issues we've had are answered and resolved quickly. It's been very easy to create purchase orders, book stock in and use the app to predict what you should be ordering and the quantities it recommends you order.

After looking into many different inventory software options, Prediko is a slam dunk for our team! Not only can we forecast products easily, but raw materials as well (which is a huge for our operations). In addition to that, the Prediko team is really responsive and constantly releasing new features to improve and enhance their already great platform. We would highly recommend and then some!

Would definitely recommend this app to anyone wanting a reliable and easy-to-use application for all their purchasing & inventory management needs. For us, it has saved hours and hours on manual tasks, predicting sales & planning purchasing ahead, as well as allowing us to de-centralize some purchasing to our store managers, whilst still being able to monitor it from a central perspective. And lastly, it's super easy to get in touch with, and get help from Prediko, including asking for new features (which by the way, is constantly being released!).

Great app for inventory planning. Definitely not the cheapest app out there but it's more than worth it

This is truly a must have for anyone ordering larger scale of inventory. The app tells you exactly how many units to order to meet forecasted demand (which it also helps you calculate using AI). It is a game-changer!
