Very happy with this app. It needs some time to set everything up, but after setup this app is so helpful. We always use it. Very kind customer support that helps us very fast, if we got any troubles.

Shopify is our sales platform, and we have been looking for an inventory platform for over a year now. At last, we have found Prediko and like everything that we see. They focus on inventory and demand planning, which is exactly what we need. No one else comes close.

Top Notch App! Brilliant experience onboarding with lightening-fast support/problem solving. Has totally changed my ordering process, and I always know what is going on and can plan in an instant for anything. It saves countless man-hours and is precise and seamless once set-up. They recently added a raw material section, as I build assembly products with BOM (Bill of materials) and it integrates perfectly, allowing me to prepare accordingly with my raw materials. I know feel I know everything I need to about all my ordering needs all the time now - and so does my staff, meaning the awareness is spread throughout, instead of waiting for one person to plan slowly. Definitely one of the best apps around, and ticks all the boxes.

Had a great kick off call with Youri the CEO. Once in the trial, I found a small product bug. Support was quick and they deployed a fix within 24 hours. Having used a lot of SaaS with poor customer service, these guys really impressed me

As a DTC brand, we were struggling with inventory planning until we found Prediko. This app's ability to predict sales and manage our complex SKU catalogue has been amazing for our current inventory operations process. Love the PO and reporting functionalities too. Plus the support from Oz & Anya is also amazing!

As a merchandiser, Prediko has been really good for our Shopify store. The demand forecasting and supply planning tools are accurate and easy to use, helping me keep our inventory on point and avoid stockouts. The Shopify integration was fast, and the reporting tool super handy. Big shoutout to Oz from their customer success team—always quick to respond and really helpful. I highly recommend Prediko to any online retailer.

このアプリを使用することで、複数ストアの在庫情報を統一してみることができるようになり、スプレッドシートで行っていた在庫予測を簡易化することができました。セットアップも比較的簡単です。 管理画面はGoogleの簡易翻訳ですが日本語に対応していて、カスタマーサポートも問題がある場合は直ぐに対応してくれるので、大変助かります。
