The Prefixbox team fully managed the setup of our search interface, perfectly matching our design requirements and specific logic. Launch was seamless, and the reporting dashboard is intuitive and easy to navigate. We are a small team and rely on the expertise of our partners- Prefixbox really provided concierge-level support!

Very great experience working with Prefixbox. The collaboration has been very smooth since the beginning and the team is highly responsive, proactive, and always available whenever we need support (it was even one of the reason why we picked this app). Communication is clear and efficient, and everything moved forward quickly and seamlessly. We’re truly happy with the outcome and very satisfied with the results so far!

A fantastic app that's constantly being improved. It does many things better than other search apps. But what really stands out is the incredibly friendly, helpful, and fast customer support. I highly recommend this app to everyone!

Very good experience using this app. The support provided from the team - Saba and Joey - is fantastic. They're always available to answer queries and help with implementations. The functionality works as described and we are happy using the app for our store.

The plugin seems to be very good and the support is especially helpful. I'm definitely not using 100% of plugin capabilities and it's already been a good addition to my shop.

We haven’t gone live with Prefixbox yet, as it’s currently installed on our testing theme and will officially launch this Saturday. We’ve already tested it on the test theme, and since it’s powered by AI, we’re confident it will perform even better once it’s live. So far, the experience has been excellent — the support team is outstanding, very responsive, and always willing to accommodate our requests. We asked for quite a lot of customisation, and they set everything up exactly as we wanted. It’s been a real pleasure working with them so far, and we’re looking forward to seeing the full results after launch.

This is a great app. I was able to implement this into my Shopify store effortlessly, and it has made it significantly easier for my customers to find what they need on my site. I installed Prefixbox AI Search & Filter on our site this week, and I'm genuinely impressed. The difference it's made to our website's user experience is noticeable, finding products is much faster, easier and more accurate. What really sets Prefixbox apart, though, is their customer service. Aaron and the Prefixbox technical team were incredibly helpful during the initial setup, guiding me through the optimization process. I even stumbled upon a small bug, and they jumped on it immediately, pushing out a fix within hours! That level of responsiveness is rare and truly appreciated. I highly recommend Prefixbox if you're looking for a powerful and well-supported search solution.

The search is quite a bit more sophisticated than the Shopify default, really adding to the functionality and usability of my store. The Prefixbox team was quite pleasant to work with, going out of their way to get me properly set up.
