I have been using this app in my store for almost three years. It is very user-friendly. It syncs/works well with Shopify, too. Not all apps do, so this is something that is very helpful to us business owners! The pricing is also very reasonable. This has been a game-changer for my store, helping keep revenue flowing from sold-out products. The settings within the app also make it very clear to customers what products are under the "preorder" option, making it a smoother shopping experience. Support is also very helpful. I have only had to get support one time out of the three years using this app. The support representative responded and resolved the issue quickly!
