I have been using this app in my store for almost three years. It is very user-friendly. It syncs/works well with Shopify, too. Not all apps do, so this is something that is very helpful to us business owners! The pricing is also very reasonable. This has been a game-changer for my store, helping keep revenue flowing from sold-out products. The settings within the app also make it very clear to customers what products are under the "preorder" option, making it a smoother shopping experience. Support is also very helpful. I have only had to get support one time out of the three years using this app. The support representative responded and resolved the issue quickly! If you are looking for an app that is easy to use for both you and your customers, this is the app to install!

I reached out about an issue where both variants of a product were showing as preorder, even though one was in stock. I had an issue with the preorder button not showing up for the US market, and the support team was amazing!
