I can’t say enough about how amazing the support from PreOrder Wolf has been! I reached out to their team regarding a couple of issues on my site, and within moments, Eva was on it, providing the most thorough and efficient assistance I've ever received. Not only did she resolve my initial concern, but she also went above and beyond to address other questions I had. Initially, I encountered a minor bug, but it seemed to disappear after clearing my cookies. From there, I asked if it would be possible to add some formatting changes to the 'delivery info' section on my site. I wanted the text to be bold and more prominent for customers, making it stand out. Eva jumped on the task immediately and implemented the changes perfectly. The responsiveness was just incredible!
