I recently worked with the PreOrder Wolf team, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provided. We were in the process of setting up the app on our LOONI store but ran into a few technical challenges along the way specifically regarding integration with our Skio subscription software. The app initially pushed orders through as one-time purchases, instead of following the selling plans we had already loaded for subscription-only products. I reached out to the team, and from the start, Eva was on top of things. Not only did she respond quickly, but she also provided clear explanations and solutions at each step. Eva made updates that ensured everything would work smoothly with our subscription app and continuously checked in to make sure all was functioning as expected. What stood out to me was how attentive and thorough she was during the entire process. She even took the extra step of asking for feedback after resolving the issue, offering to make things right if we encountered any further concerns. In the end, I’m thrilled with the outcome. The app now works exactly as we needed, and the support experience was fantastic. Eva and the team truly care about their customers, and I highly recommend PreOrder Wolf for anyone looking to add preorder functionality to their Shopify store.
