Hello there, Thank you very much for leaving us this feedback. This is Pushpesh, the Customer Success Manager with Pre‑order Now. Pre‑order Now isn't fully compatible with all the Shopify Online Store 2.0 themes, but our app does work with Dawn theme which I believe you were trying to use. If you'd still like to use the app, please reach out to [email protected] and we will get this sorted ASAP.
