The app itself works well and was seamless to install. Support and onboarding has been fantastic. The tool works and we have not run into any issues. IMO the price is fair all things considered. Very pleased with everything.

This App does precisely what it says it will, however the service and support goes way above! I'm totally sold on using Pricemole to ensure my business is always competitive. We have over 2000 Line items and Pricemole can keep track of these and file easy to read/digest informative updates of what's been going on with prices without my need to keep watch. Highly recommend this App for everyone except my competitors.

Great support comes with this app. Do not hesitate to hit them up if you have any question or concern, they are happy to spend some time on the phone with you to assist proper setting up the application. The app itself works well after you set it up properly. Satisfied overall. Pricing however could've been more generous, say up to 500 products at $99 would be more reasonable.

I have been very satisfied with PriceMole. Their customer service is quick and helpful, and they have been willing to answer all my questions and provide a service that is unique to my Shopify store. Plus, their app works well in scraping websites for prices. Overall, I am happy to have found and work with them.

Fantastic App and even better support from the team. Working with Jay who has been very fast to respond on any requests during the set up of 2 websites. So far the app is working and easy to adjust specific products. Highly recommend if you're looking to be the best price or the average price of specific competitors. The daily/weekly reporting is perfect too. We've seen conversion rates, sessions and AOV increase since launching Priemole.

I used this app to monitor over 500 SKUs across multiple websites and it works great. What I really liked that was unexpected was the customer service and support behind the software. Very responsive team ready to provide insight and troubleshoot, or even jump in and fix the problem on their end without work on from our team. By the way the "troubles" were mainly user error. Special thanks to Dara, Jay, and Angela! Highly recommended.

PriceMole makes it so much easier to keep track of pricing, especially if you have a lot of skus on different channels. What used to take an hour or more now takes minutes, so we would definitely recommend PriceMole. Their support is also top notch, which Jay has helped us so much and is always extremely quick getting us taken care of. The only thing I would have a complaint about is that some channels are harder to track pricing on for some reason, but any time we do have a problem support is always there to help us get it fixed. Easy to use and very reliable. Set up took minimal amount of time and the results have helped us not have to be constantly chasing prices of competitors.
