I requested for a refund after shopify accidentally charged my acct. even though I have uninstalled the app. Laura expeditiously and assuringly followed through the process until approval. The refund was on pending status for the pass 3-2 days and today, 23/7 it was finally approved/ passed. TQ Laura for your assurances and follow-up. That's a human touch. No AI agent can provide that kind of assurance at a human level.
