used to work but doesn't even load anymore. Quite disappointing

Hi, we're really sorry about this, and thank you for flagging it. You're right: a server issue on our side was causing the app to fail to load for some stores, and that's not acceptable for a tool you rely on daily. It has since been fixed, and we've added monitoring so it can't happen silently again. We completely understand why you uninstalled, but we'd be grateful for another chance.
