I seriously considered using PrintBest. I ordered one sample and the print quality was terrible. The design was completely crooked (off by at least 10 degrees) and the edges of the design were blurry (and in some cases double lined). So it's not just one but two quality issues. Also, the print area is two inches smaller than competitors and they only ship within Canada and to the lower 48 states in the U.S. The ordered printed and shipped in just over one day and arrived within 7 calendar days. But that doesn't make up for the low quality. It would be embarrassing to send this to a customer. I have no idea how they thought it was good enough to send to me, which means there's no quality control (they aren't checking the product after printing and before they send it out) so it's likely to happen again. Very disappointing.

PrintBest customer service is rated 5 stars. Responds in a timely matter and corrects errors quickly. The quality of printing is superb.

A bit misleading. I installed Printbest because on the App Store page it shows a much larger print area than most POD services offer, but then when you install it you see that the print area actually isn't any bigger than any other POD service.

I use Printbest as my apparel printing partner and find the integration with my Shopify store works great, no issues. It's easy enough to set up and there are a ton of options for apparel. I wish it was a little easier to edit designs once they were created but I think they'll likely work out the kinks as time goes on. It's nice being able to work with an printing partner located in Canada, typical turn-around for items is a few days plus shipping time, not bad.

I use the Printbest app for our fundraising collections. I like that it’s easy to upload our designs and it automatically updates the website with inventory (clothing sizes). I wish the ship rates wouldn’t be categorized though. If I have a customer checkout with a mug, a sweater and a Tshirt for example it’s three different flat rate shipping combined making it less desirable for them to choose multiple products. Aside from that issue my experience with the app has been nothing but positive and they are super quick to respond to any of my inquiries. I should also add that I like that they are always adding new products.

Great selection, easy to upload images. Prices are reasonable, print quality is good. Excellent app all around for fulfillment needs in both Canada and the USA.

I love the Printbest integration for Shopify. It was easy to set up and it works perfectly. Set it and forget it basically. Printbest also has a wide selection of quality products. The Direct to Garment printing is flawless and fast. It should be noted that the fulfillment and shipping from beginning to end is fast. Printbest has also provided excellent customer service the few times that orders had to be adjusted. In closing I would also like to mention that the Printbest integration for Shopify worked so well that we also started using their integration for Etsy with the same results.

Printbest has been like having a customer service rep. It allows me to focus on designing products and building my business. I know my customer is getting what I expected from the first click to delivery. I would like to see expanded inventory and options such as zipper hoodies and other garments and additional promotional products.

Super simple app to setup and get started right away. My only reason for a 4 star is that a lot of sizes and colours are sold out. Looking forward to more inventory being available.

SinaLite Print on Demand is a great way to provide printed in Canada products for our clients. We have started to switch our print on demand clients over to them as we are very happy with the quality of the products and the ease of use of the Shopify app.

Installation and set-up of app was straightforward. I had some complications related to uploading products to my Shopify store, however, the issues were related to some settings in my Shopify store. The tech support at Sinalite was excellent at assisting with resolving the problem. So for that stage I would rate a 5. Using the app for uploading products works very well. There are a couple of things that need to get corrected or ironed out, such as: - when you create a shirt design that needs to be white on certain colour shirts and black on other colour shirts, it is not possible to have these in the same product area; you have to set-up 2 products - you cannot add another colour shirt to an existing product line; thus you need to delete and redo the product line to add another colour shirt
