I have scouted and used many print-on-demand companies to fulfill my dropship orders. Although I am sometimes forced to use other companies due to location and speed, Printdoors has been my go-to whenever I can. I am thrilled that they have just launched a USA facility. My special account manager, Camille, is always there for me and helps me efficiently with every question. I don’t know what I would do without her. The stresses of peak season are significant, and she has immensely helped me and eased some of the burden. Camille has perfect English, high intelligence, and is a nice person. She answers quickly and clearly—she’s always on top of the game, which isn’t a given for customer support in every company. Printdoors has an extensive product selection and a great platform to work on—they have the easiest platform to create orders on. I highly recommend ordering samples to see the quality for yourself; many of their products excel over other print-on-demand factory products, even those based in the USA. I've been working with PrintDoors for over a year now, and I can confidently say that the quality and service are excellent. My customers are happy with their products, and I’ve only received positive feedback. Their production is incredibly fast, quicker than most other POD companies I've worked with. Joanna, my support agent, is absolutely amazing - she's super friendly and cute, goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. She responds to my inquiries immediately, every single time, with such care and attention. It's like having a personal assistant dedicated to my business, and her level of support is one of the reasons I continue working with PrintDoors. The platform is easy to use and navigate. It includes some really handy features, especially when it comes to personalization, that other platforms don't offer. While there’s some room for technical improvement, overall, I’m very happy with PrintDoors, as are my customers. Their catalog is also impressive, super wide variety of products - even ones I wouldn’t have thought could be POD. Highly recommend! ⭐

I haven't even placed an order yet, but I'm already blown away by the exceptional service provided by PD. The product designer is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive, making the design process a breeze. In addition, the customer support team has been nothing short of outstanding. They've been responsive, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They've gone above and beyond to address my questions and provide valuable insights. Based on my experience so far, I have full confidence that my order will be handled with the same level of care and attention to detail. I'm eagerly looking forward to placing my first order with PD. I stsrted using printdoors as a supplier 2 weeks ago. Camille was asigned as my agent. I can only say that i am very impressed with the service..This is the only POD supplier who send pics of the products prior shipment !! Great customer service and great products. I had a lot of contact with Enzo from customer support. All questions are answered quickly and they are interested if you are really satisfied. I would describe the product quality as good. The printed colors have been really strong for me, I think it's really cool. The shipping times are normal for orders to Germany, I think. In summary, I like the products very much.

This is a really great supplier, and constantly improving, for example, the recent addition of branding options, and the absolute best customer service in the business. I have sampled the cotton AOP tshirt and hoodie, and 2 handbags, and they are top notch quality, from fabric to sewing and attention to details (the hoodie feels the best out of 3 other competitor's cotton hoodies, is nice and heavy and soft) As soon as i placed my order, Joanna contacted me and was really helpful with the logo's sizing and placement, and even provided me photos of the products before shipping. When one of my orders was stuck for a week in Germany (not PrintDoors fault, Joanna kept a really close eye to that order and kept me updated with every move, until i got it). You have to try it, they are shaping up to be a vicious competitor in the POD market

This store has the best customer service ever! Personal communication, all problems are resolved quickly. Prices are good, quality of print is good so far. I've ordered 25 backdrops for my client (did it in three orders), everything came up in very good quality except those where I made a mistake myself (have to remember for the future that one needs to print one's design first on paper and check if everything is visible - it's especially important for the darker designs). The backdrops were for the theater performance, and everyone mentioned how realistic they looked! I'm going to order other items and see if the quality stands, but so far, it was a very good experience!

I'm giving Printdoors a 5 star because of their response rate, of course there are many logistical aspects that can be worked on when it comes to drop shipping and warehouses, such as the websites aesthetics, or perhaps a certain products quality, but I want to highlight the fact that Printdoors designated a point of contact to cater to my stores needs, when I placed my pajama orders there was a live representative communicating with me on a daily basis, making sure that my order was expedited proficiently. So way to go printdoors, on your responsive customer service.

Great app and great printing partner. The quality of the products are amazing, the website is easy to utilise. The customer aftercare speaks volumes. I highly reccomend this company. I've used many POD companies before and Printdoors exceeds all of them.
