Skipper's Remedy® review for Printful: Print on Demand
I've been using Printful for over three years, but my recent experience in June 2026 has been extremely disappointing. Customer service has been unresponsive and ineffective when trying to resolve a product quality issue involving inconsistent garment dimensions. Despite following up three separate times and requesting that the matter be escalated to a manager, I continued to encounter poor communication and no meaningful resolution. What makes this even more frustrating is that Printful apparently allows product dimensions to vary by up to one inch, but this information is buried deep within their product documentation and isn't made obvious during the ordering process. When I submitted the requested photo documentation showing the sizing issue, customer service was dismissive and seemed to ignore the fact that at least one measurement exceeded the tolerance, ignoring that the product was clearly defective. In my case, the sleeve opening was so small that an arm couldn't even fit through it. After years of using Printful, it's disappointing to see what feels like a significant decline in both product quality and customer support. Based on this experience, I'll be looking for a new print-on-demand vendor. I would encourage others to carefully review product specifications and be aware of the stated manufacturing tolerances before ordering.
