I chose Printful because I wanted a simple way to turn ideas into real products without managing inventory or shipping myself. The setup process felt approachable, product quality options were solid, and being able to connect everything to my store made creating my first drop feel possible. What stood out most was having the freedom to focus on design and brand building while fulfillment happens in the background. Product mockups look clean, customization is straightforward, and the platform made launching feel less overwhelming. If you're starting a brand and want to test ideas without buying inventory upfront, Printful has been a great place to begin.

Extremely disappointing experience. The platform is plagued with glitches, and customer service has been virtually nonexistent. As store administrators, we were unable to order product samples for ourselves due to a recurring system error. Despite raising the issue multiple times, we received the same generic, bot-like responses without any real assistance or resolution. We initially signed up with Printful after seeing promotional content on YouTube aimed at new Shopify store owners. We invested time creating our own designs and integrating them into our store, only to encounter problems when trying to place sample orders before launching to customers. Every required detail was entered correctly, yet the platform repeatedly generated the same error message. The lack of customer support has made the entire process unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. In such a competitive industry, customer care should be a priority. Unfortunately, our experience suggests otherwise. I would recommend considering alternative providers if you value responsive support and a smoother onboarding experience.

While the cost to ship and house the products are high you get what you pay for. The products are truly high quality coming from a store that has sold hundreds to unknown customers and if you have any issue you can chat with customer support and they will replace the products for you quickly and easily. They also have a lot of diversity from coasters to mugs to apparel and coming out with new products frequently.

I love how easy this is to use and how quickly I can apply one design to many products. What a lifesaver!

Good integration--gives you lots on control on both the storefront and the backend. Super satisfied with the shirts that have been printed. Crisp designs and colors.
