Printful: Print on Demand

Taking me a little while to completely understand it and I'm still trying to do it quickly but I'm very happy with this app and trying to create my online store with my designs

Initially, I had great experiences with Printful. Unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill quite a bit. I usually use DTG printing, and there were 3 shirts a customer of mine custom ordered from me so they could decide what amongst them they wanted to use for a larger order. Something was wrong with all 3. Printful customer service was awful, they just sent links to articles about not guaranteeing the look with DTG printing, they blamed me for picking a dark shirt with dark ink, except the shirts weren't dark, and the mockups showed up with the designs being very visible. Then they said the mockups aren't accurate and are backlit. But, we use those mockups for our listings, so I don't know why they would stand behind a faulty visual. Also, one of the shirts had a large darker colored square around the design, looking like they used a heat press for a supposedly printed design. Customer service was unwilling to remedy the issues or issue any refunds. They did not take accountability. Printful is also going to be raising their prices for the 2nd time this year. It's time I went with another provider.

Easy to navigate through, with assistance along the way if needed. If you're skeptical [ don't be ] It's a great app.

Overpriced merch means you make less profit while they gain, and of course you have to have enough money in your bank account to cover any customer or customers purchase. Which also limits growth and any potential development. Don't even bother advertising unless you have the funds to cover hundreds of customers at once.
