Interface is inconsistent, you will be able to create a product and select all the variants but when you try to duplicate it half the variants will suddenly not be available in your region. don't bother with the AI chat support on their site, in fact don't bother with their human support either because both are absolutely useless. A terrible company to do business with.

Impossible de créer un produit, la page charge trop longtemps, j'ai essayé plusieurs fois mais impossible et personne pour les contacter en cas de problème donc visiblement je comprends pas

Far too expensive for the quality and delivery experience provided. I started with a Printful Growth subscription, built an entire collection, and ordered samples of multiple products with high expectations. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became disappointing due to extremely long shipping times, delivery issues, and underwhelming product and print quality. For the price being charged, neither the garments nor the prints justify the cost or the wait. Some orders took far longer than expected, while others showed as delivered despite never arriving. As a store owner, this immediately raises concerns about trusting the same experience with your own customers. The overall finish and presentation also felt far more “generic print-on-demand” than premium quality. Honestly, customers receive international orders from China faster than this. For anyone considering using Printful for their brand, manage your expectations carefully.

I genuinely hope someone from Printful’s technical team finally sees this. I’ve been dealing with an unresolved Shopify connection issue for over a year. Multiple support agents have already confirmed: * they can see the conflicting backend Shopify connection * verification has already been completed multiple times * customer service agents themselves do not have authority to manually resolve or disconnect the issue Despite this, I continue being taken through the same repeated customer service loop with no actual technical resolution. I’ve provided: * repeated verification * screenshots * proof of ownership * explanations regarding loss of access to an old domain email Yet the issue remains unresolved while my business deadlines continue approaching. I currently need to: * order samples THIS WEEK * sign up for the Growth Plan * prepare for an important May 17 event What has been most frustrating is not simply the technical issue itself, but the repeated contradictions: first being told the issue can be resolved after verification, then later being told customer service agents cannot make the backend changes required. At this stage, I am respectfully asking for direct technical escalation from someone authorized to resolve backend Shopify connection conflicts. For comparison, Shopify and Printify customer support have both been significantly more responsive and solution-oriented whenever issues arose. Ticket Reference: #4969314 I truly hope this matter can finally be resolved properly.

No one ever responds to order inquiries. The platforms do NOT sync up at all, so you never really know the status of any of your orders. If you use chat, you just wait and wait and wait. If you email, you get no response whatsoever. RIDICULOUS.

wont work! it did not transfer the products i created before adding to shopify. It will not fully download on Shopify. I cant do anything with this app. Do Not USE IT. wont even post this review it sucks

Il sito si blocca sempre , per giorni interi non si riesce a publicare nulla, inoltre assitenza inesistenze , la classica chat con bot che dice sempre le stesse cose , insomma pessima esperienza , peccato

when you doing business with printful it feels like youre getting SCAM OR ROB. I try their subscription $24.99 for all these perks and come to find out you pay more then the "free plan" they don't even deserve a 1 star I don't know how shopify just do business with anyone that looks to deceive their customers !! NOT COOL!!!!!

i want to make custom stickers, and there only listed on the printful website instad of the shopify app. but after making all the stickers, it tells me to coonnect to the shopify store, when i try to do that it just either freezes or just takes me back to the printful home page. its really buggy and wont let me connect

Shopify and Printful do not speak to each other. I'm not able to log into accounts to connect. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and this platform does not work. On top of that, support is no where to be found.

Honestly I am getting a little mad. i spent the last 6 hours trying and trying over and over to connect with shopify and no matter what i do the Google Gmail sign in ( when on shopify and already installed printful and when it ask do you have a printful account sign in) and display screen with Google,apple or email. And click on Google cuz that's how i signed up. It don't do anything. What i got do cancel my subscription delete and start all over with email sign up and repay for my plan again. And the chat help don't help out one bit with why its like that or what to do about it. Everything it says is nothing to do with my situation.

I hate the new update. Now when I am publishing from my saved templets it brings me to an new page. Then I have to navigate all the way back to the templet collection. Before I could just work down the list. Now this add unnecessary time and steps.

I had high hopes for Printful, but the fulfillment speed has been extremely slow. Orders take far too long to move from production to shipping, which creates unnecessary delays and a poor customer experience. If fulfillment time matters to you at all, I would strongly recommend switching to another app. Slow production hurts your brand, increases support tickets, and makes it harder to compete. Reliability and speed are critical in ecommerce, and unfortunately Printful consistently fell short for us. There are better options out there if you value timely order fulfillment.

Printful has been a failure from the start of using it. It doesn't know how to separate products from the embroidered side to the print on demand side. I had a trucker hat that was not embroidered that they told me was embroidered when you set up the hat, it asked you if you want the embroidered or the regular and there was no option for anything else I picked the regular not the embroidered the failure of this company. They don't respond in a timely manner. They don't communicate well at all. They don't try to fix anything after you've gone and done everything that they've asked you. . The best thing to do is to sue companies like this so that they have to pay your business for losing money.
