Sporty Types review for Printify: Print on Demand

I have written a few support tickets in their help centre, but they have marked a few as closed or solved without even replying. I don't think that is acceptable. 8 days ago I contacted them to say that their shipping profiles were not syncing - they marked that ticket as solved. It is not solved and they didn't reply. I would like to know if they are going to fix it, or if I should override the rates. I also think a lot of their prices are high. Printify told me that the shipping costs are controlled by the shipping companies. For one particular product (small), the actual supplier charges $3.09 less shipping than Printify do (for that same supplier and product). Not sure why.
