Have not had any publishing issues when publishing items and syncing to store.

YOUR SITE IS PERFECT

On October 2, I ordered a sample of a holiday product we planned to offer this season. It had still not arrived on October 27, and I wrote to Printify Support. At this point I've been waiting three days for a response, and there has been none. There was only one print provider offered (in Canada) for this particular product, so we had no choice but to use them. They supposedly shipped the product from Canada via DHL on October 7, but it has been MIA since then. I clearly can't put our customers' money at risk during the busiest shopping season of the year by offering a product delivered by an unreliable shipper. Now I'm having to scramble at the last minute to cancel the product release this weekend and modify all of the pre-scheduled social media and advertising. . . .and still not a peep from Printify.
