Printify delibarely hide their taxes at checkout, and you are only aware of the taxes once you have paid. Practices like this are illegal in Australia, but they don't seem to really care. Their prices are also an absolute scam unless you use Printify Premium...

If you give the checkout page a little time to load, the final tax calculation will appear in the cost breakdown. We’ve gladly issued a courtesy refund for the charged tax.
