Tool Nut review for Printify: Print on Demand

Ridiculously slow support response times. I have been waiting 4+ days for a reply to a support ticket related to poor print quality reported by customers. In the meantime, we continue to take orders not knowing if there's a problem with the artwork or the print network providers. They claim 24/7 support, but I think 24/7 is how many days/weeks it may take for a response. How does a business survive in 2026 with customer service this poor?
Sorry you’ve been stuck waiting this long. We understand how important it is to get faster updates, and we always try our best to help as fast as possible.
