I will continue to add updates til this is solved: I'm sad after reading others, why would they place/receive orders after me and for me nothing happens? I don't get the chat replies these people mention, takes days? Even before this truly bad experience it was at least a full day before any reply and nothing ever get solved. Anyway my log... 12/6/2019, Before you choice this app over printful... Understand a couple things. every product you print will have an extra couple days of Quality check before it goes into production. I understand they say it is only done once but that isn't my experience. If your end product is sold on Amazon remember that amazon is 1-2 day for production. You will have to add several days to thing and remove shipping for anything less then 4 days. This has caused me issues. updated 12/9/2019... Still item has not shipped (ordered on 3rd). Looks like the printer i use has increased his production time to 4+ days. add in the shipping time and maybe customers can get this in 2 weeks? Communication is very weak, chat replied take usually over a day for a response. Even then it is generic and not very helpful. 12/12/219 no progress, I used DTG2GO. I'm told they called them to see why the order was delayed but no response. I'm think the responses here is robotic since they are not personal and no one ever responds to them. So timeline, order was on 3rd and quality check approved on 4th. List as picked on 5th. Week later still nothing. DTG2GO... I'm working through Amazon so WARNING: this is will not work for Amazon orders. Amazon requires firm time frames requirements. DO NOT use this app for Amazon products. I filled 7 orders using Printful since then.
