I want to say thank you to Arthur from Printify, who reached out to me on the phone to resolve the issue i had with my sample order. I got refunded on the 2 T-shirts that I wasn't satisfied with and also my account was with $66.18 for the delay. Thank you Printify, I look forward to getting my sample T-shirts that have been shipped and hoping everything comes out well.

As our agents have already mentioned, in order for us to perform a refund, we need a good quality picture of the damaged product. In what concerns the delivery times, the ETA for European orders is 10-18 business days, and technically, your order is still within the time frame.
