Tawazawadi review for Printseekers: Print on Demand

No customer service. When I set up an appointment I was told that they only provide that service to 'larger enterprise clients'. When I complained he handed me off to someone else and said I would here from him 'shortly'. I did not hear from him until the next day when he sent me an email that was supposed to answer my questions. The following day I get an email saying I had missed my meeting...one that Printseekers apparently forgot to tell ME about. He says he can set up another meeting but needs to know my time zone. I tell him what time zone I am in. He never responds back. Silence. Crickets. I guess because it was Friday. Customer service is extremely poor. Communication poor. They don't value you unless you are already a big company with lots of orders. They said so in their email. They work through emails. I don't sit in front of my computer all day waiting on the emails when they feel like responding. I terminated my account.
