The support from Prisync and their customer care is amazing. I got stuck understanding a few of the ways the system worked and how it brought products across from Shopify. Help was proactive and quick.

We’ve had a great experience with Prisync. The platform is robust and does exactly what we need for price tracking. However, the standout feature for me has been their customer support. Every interaction has been positive—they are not only knowledgeable and helpful but also genuinely friendly and pleasant to talk to. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with such a great attitude. 5 stars.

We’ve been using Prissync for our store with 17k products and it has been a really great way for us to gain a competitive edge in terms of dynamic price adjustments. Instead of manually checking competitor websites, we get everything in one place with automatic price updates and useful notifications when something changes. The app and dashboard is great and the friendly team has helped us with all of the onboarding and setup which has been very helpful to us! Recommended!
